Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Small brownish spot on feet. Sometimes dark or light. And sometimes swelling also since last 3-4 months

Hello I have skin itching since past one year, I had consulted couple of dermatologists but only when I take medicines there is relief. Again the itching starts once I stop medicines. One places if it itches , then again immediately there is continuous short  itching in two other places of the whole body each time, it's like triggering other areas. I did talk to the dermatologist about, he asked me to take the tablet whenever there is itching and to ignore it. I don't have thyroid or sugar. But I take BP tablets. My ESR is 22. Is there any blood test which will identify the kind of infection I have? Pls advise

Can you help to tell me if this  is a normal amount of hair to lose when shampooing and washing hair daily.

Actually I had hives a year back , but now iam facing the issue again , hives all over the body including face too, itchy skin and redness. Even antihistamine isn't working now days . What else step I can take to control the issue and recover from it ?

Dry and itchy knuckles skin Occurs frequently Blisters also appears Once I was given steroid cream and moisturizer to apply it on but when I use it it disappears and when I don't apply it reappears again. Hi doctor I have felt itching on my private part, while look into it, there are small swelling or cyst nearly 4 small cyst on my testicle side leads to itching and discomfort. Please advice Thanks

Since the last 3 months I have been experiencing pimple like boils in my genital area, mainly in the crotch. A couple of them have gone away after applying an alcohol based solution but they have increased in number over the last few weeks. Its not painful or irritating but very visible and i want to get rid of them completely and know how i can avoid them. Nothing has changed in terms of my sexual habits recently. Attached photo for description. FYI:  Photo is sensitive in nature. I am not in India currently and any medications suggested will have to be found in the Netherlands. Thanks.
