I have very dry scalp with lots of pimples around the scalp, I apply coconut oil every 3 days. Suggest me a good lotion to cure the pimples and one good serum to get rid of dryness in the hair.

Don't worry...you are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis causing scalp pimples... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.
If too much of dryness and pimples are there you need to avoid using oil that frequently it can further trigger blockage of pores and further pustules and irritation. Regularly can use medicated anti fungal shampoo
And for dryness of hairs and frizzyness can use conditioner or hair moisturisers
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
Lot of other history and information is necessary to know the correct diagnosis. And hair oil should not be applied a lot and should not be left over scalp for long hours.
