Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have infection on back side of my bl ear lobe from past 1 year it affect my skin again and again I was having cyst from past 8 years on that area but it can resolve on its on but now there is no cyst at all but redness and pus discharge is there i have visited soo many doctors till now but no relief or temporary relief i get everyone has there on diagnosis Mostly I visited ENT but after that i got to know that it is related to dermatology.

I have a bump on my face which was formed several years ago it does not show any improvement or reduction I have tried several products now currently I am using minoz as morning cream and deriva cms as night gel even this is not showing any improvement the bump does not give any pain it's just present sometimes it's itching I need products recommendation for this problem like facewash, morning cream,night cream I don't know what is the reason for this bump formation

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I have a red patch behind my knee (both knee, where one is a bit more severe) that is red amd very dry (skin feels like stretched or pulled) and itching as well (a desire to scratch it). It is also burning after itching or sometimes even when touched or when water is  applied on it. Relieved when something cold is applied on it. For the time being it is localized and seems to be spreading. Currently I have 2 creams that had been Prescribed to me for a similar issue in the past -1. Momate 2. Fultivate. Can I use anyone of them on this rash or please guide me what could be applied on them Kindly suggest, I will be greatly thankful. Photo attached.
