Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My daughter feel itchiness in her sole, She use her nail to relief from this itchiness, This problem arise before 2 years, Sometimes it was gone, after some time the problem comeback, I have consulted many doctor but the problem can not purely cure. She used cream in her sole uderm cream and momate previously and she use Itranox 200 capsules previously. Now how can l do for her better remides.

I get constant white scaling on my lips if I apply lip balms or with the contact of water and if I don't apply anything lips get extremely dry and painful .
