Comedones can occur due to oiliness or combination type of face or not maintaining skin routine or due to age or harmonal changes.
Please avoid scrubbing over the affected part
Try to introduce oil free moisturizer n sunscreen..n salicyic acid foaming face wash
If it is very severe need specific n effective treatment
