Lump on side of my leg
Hi, I have a lump on my leg, which is located right on my side of leg adjacent to the thighs on the left leg. is it possible to clear it naturally or do I need surgery. Attached the image of the lump. Please note it is not painful it just feels like a fat lump when I press on it. On occasions it does pain when I touch it.

Hello 👋 Detailed history and examination along with pictures are needed for further evaluation and management Depending on site and severity of condition treatment can be started Causes should be ruled out first If size is same and no pain u can wait and observe, if is increasing in size and extending undergoing surgery is better - complete excision is better
Next Steps
do consult online Dermatologist for better cosmetic results
