Red bumps on legs and arms developed in last 3-4 days. No other health issue. Pictures areattached.

Hello Doctor, I have redness, dryness, swelling/puffiness, little of itching and burning sensation, and darkening on both upper eyelids and also little around lower eyelids inner eye corner crease for over 20days. The swelling is usually worse in the morning and improves by itself during the day. The skin feels dry, scaly, itchy, sometimes burning, and has also developed darkening and persistent dryness. There is no discharge, no blisters, no blurred vision, and no pain inside the eyes. I have only applied Johnson's baby oil earlier, but I have not used any medicated creams or ointments yet. Kindly suggest the best way to manage and treat this safely. Thank you doctors!

I’ve been facing hair loss for quite some time now. It started about 8 years ago, my hair was naturally soft and thin from the beginning, and around 7 years ago the hair fall began. At first, it was temporary: my hair would fall out but then grow back again. It was problematic but not too serious. However in the last 1 to 1.5 years, I’ve been experiencing what seems to be permanent hair loss. I’m going bald gradually, and it’s becoming a real concern.
