I developed an itchy rash , red bumps in my pubic hair area. The skin became very dry, and now I notice some white flare skin . There was no pus or discharge, just itch and and redness . I usually don't shave or wax instead I trim with scissor every 6months .i am attaching photo plz see it .

Hello Doctor, I am a 19-year-old male living in a government-run hostel for the past 2 years. The hostel conditions are not very healthy, with poor nutrition, polluted environment, and hard water for bathing. Because of this, I am experiencing heavy hair fall. I have a dark black line on my finger nail. It was very light few days back. But now it has become darker.

Hi doctor, today I suddenly noticed a patch-like lesion on my penis. I'm not sure if it was already there before or if it's new. It looks like warts or possibly normal skin  I can’t tell. I am circumcised. Could you please let me know whether this looks like genital warts or a normal skin condition, such as a group of skin folds? I've attached a photo for your review.
