I have a red raised bump on my face, 1 inch below eye, it's been 3-4 weeks its not moving This is filled with blood (a pimple but instead of puss its blood) and has already leaked 3-4 whenever I touch my face bit harshly This does not seem to be budging any where what can I do

I have weird acne growing on one part of my face, it is not regular acne that I get, it is very stubborn and is not going away, but definitely increasing in size. I can see puss growing inside it now. It is slightly painful, and I'm afraid its spreading. It has been there for almost 2 weeks,growing slowly. I clean my face twice daily with a normal facewash and don't really use any specific cream for my face, mostly aloe vera gel. Can someone please recommend an over the counter solution for this?
