Young man..
For a 35 year old student who has obviously done his research online and +/- offline, it is strange that you are looking for a "homeopathic suggestion" or treatment 🫣
Nevus Sebaceous &/or Epidermal Nevus may simply be left alone and monitored with a good digital photo 📸 🤳 record once every 6 months to a year.
Only if signs like itchin, bleeding, change in shape or size or colour needs one to consult a Dermatologist.
Laser and Cryptherapy and combination excision treatments are all options but recurrences are to be expected and to be honest, irritating the lesion may cause more harm than good.

Godspeed 🙏
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
