Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi , how can I determine  my hair type in order to use products accordingly and undergoes treatment if required

I sweat heavily on my underarms irrespective of seasons!!! I have also used sweatnil to control but did not work!!! Could you please suggest me with any oral medicine and any antiperspirants that can control sweat!!!

I am having small patch on my nose I am having doubt it's vitiligo or not. Previously I had vitiligo on this area but it's recovered. But same area but little up it's got. Can you please help me on this

On the back side of the foot near ankle there is a hard skin which is very painful. The pain is such that she could not even walk a few steps. The yellow coloured hard skin(as in pic attached) is the problem. I consulted Practo Doc n was diagnosed with contact Dermatitis. She prescribed Desowen cream and Histafree M tablet. Deswon cream description is to avoid contact with eyes. Should I apply or not

I have really fair skin but my inner thighs and bikini area is really dark I'm trying to loose weight will it go away after weight loss ? And if not wht should I do I have attached my real skin tone and my inner thighs skin tone pls suggest me something

I got some kind of rash on my inner thighs and after a day or so uncontrollable itching started in bikini line area also and it's been 10 day it's not recovering. I applied betnovte C on it but the rash is increasing
