Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have seen painless red patches on the inside of my lips. These patches appeared previously and cleared on their own. Now they have appeared again.

A couple of years back , I straightened my hair and saloon people used some kind of ammonia based cream, then washed and applied heater. That was the only one time I straightened my hair . Ever since my hair is dry and don't have a shiny and healthy appearance. Some hair stands up, giving a boring look. I can not use oil due to the risk of dandruff.

Skin is too dry and sometimes itching after bath or while taking bath and also night times. May I know the reason for this?

It used to appear like some additional skin grown. I used to do cycling everyday. One day u went for swimming and it started filling uncomfortable. U consulted two doctors one is saying it is genital warts and another said it is Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Please help me with this
