No , hiv virus is very fragile in the environment, there is rare of rarest chance if soap is visibly soaked with large amount if blood that has been from an active in last 10 minutes and the non infected person gets exposed withjn 10 minutes and he should havw deep fresh cuts which are actively bleeding and even more rare if mucosa is exposed. All of these are next to theoretical exposure. Get tested and its not advised to share soaps not because of hiv but general hygiene
