I have dark black spots caused by puss pimples and hyperpigmentation (Extreme blackness on my butt ) Can we do laser treatment on butt to solve this problem .if yes which laser you suggest ??please help out

I'm 34 year male. Few years back I joined gym after exercise got hive all over face, i thought may be due to some insect bite and after some days again after exercise got hives. So i stopped going to gym. Recently got dumbbell and done exercise(minimum) 1st few days some hive appeared and thought may be mosquito or some insect. One day increased workout little bit on that day got more hive all over face and shortness of breath. Reached hospital immediately and got injection for allergy. Hive gradually got reduced. Now checked in Google about my condition and got these terms Exercise induced urticaria / Exercise-induced anaphylaxis. Is there any test to find this condition and treated or left untreated. Pls suggest me what to do in this.

Hello Doctor, I’m 25 year old. I've had gradual hair loss since 2021, especially on crown and temples. My diet is purely vegetarian for 10+ years—no meat or eggs. I rarely eat onion/garlic (once in 4–6 months). I regularly consume milk and buttermilk. I had mouth ulcers 1–2 years ago, now resolved. My father also had hair loss, but only after age 40. Currently, I’m considering a hair regrowth plan including: Oral Minoxidil (low dose) HK Biotin supplement Vitamin B12 capsule HK DHT Blocker Please advise: 1. Is oral Minoxidil safe in my case? 2. Can I take B12 and Biotin together daily? 3. Is a DHT blocker necessary if hair loss is genetic? 4. Any blood tests you suggest? 5. Any risks or signs I should watch for? I had hairfall due to chronic dandruff. My dermat gave me minoxidil for it once my dandruff went under control , now minoxidil increased dandruff . I had used minoxidil for 20 days once during night . I have not experienced any shedding phase due to it ,now I want to stop it ,can I stop it without causing any further shedding due to minoxidil usage. Please answer my query I am quite worried a

White spot in neck and some stomach area .since one month and spot is not speeding it it curable.no itching in affected area.

Bumpy red spot and raised skin on cheek. It's reddish brown now, raised.. bumpy and doesnt go away with anything. It's been 4 weeks. Used desonide based on on derm recommendation but nothing. It's not itchy. I used a home use device red light therapy, low power no stinging. Maybe it's what caused its dryness? Now it's a red raised spot on my cheek. I have normal to dry skin, and hardly get a pimple. But this patch is something ive never seen before, skin is raised and red. Please help! Again no itching no pain. Just reddish brown (getting pigmented also) and above spot there is a small spot that raised. Like a mosquito bite ?
