Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I accidentally applied undiluted Dettol on a pimple on my cheek, and now the area looks red/maroon, slightly swollen, and feels like a chemical burn. There's a burning sensation even after washing it with a gentle face wash. The affected area feels tight and looks glossy, with mild darkening around it. Could you please advise me on how to treat this burn and prevent scarring or pigmentation?

My scalp has Seborrheic Dermatitis/ Sebopsoriasis, for a better result is it better to get bald before applying lotion on the scalp.

Hi there's lot of small white or red pink small pimples on penis base and pubic region where hair grows. It increasing day by day from last 3-4 weeks Not sure what it is.. Do I need treatment for this or it will resolve on its own?

I have corn on my right feet...the same place it occurred every time and it is painful to walk with corn..at home I'm wearing slippers to avoid friction with the floor and yes it is painful while walking. It affects my legs posture as I tend to slightly bend my knees. Got to know about Salicylic acid & lactic acid we can apply on that...bcz corn caps aren't helping anymore. I have infection on face from when I was in 8th class but at that time we thought that it was just a adolescent pimples nothing else but after the time it get more worse and in 10 class summer vacation we consult a doctor in gujrat He gave us medicines and told to revisit we did visits for 2 times but due to family money problem we didn't able to continue it . So then bcz of that incomplete medication my infection get more worse my skin becomes dull and black and very raddish chicks, nose and chin area . Now after completing my 12th we consult a government hospital bcz people said that doctor is so good .when we go there we met a doctor he writes some medicines and told to revisit after 10 days . But after 10 days there was a other diff dr he asked what happened and wrote medicines and told to revisit after 10 days then again after 10 days we get a new diff doctor he also asked what happened and wrote medicines and told to come after 10 Now I got frustrated. what should I do

I am noticing significant hair loss which seems to be female pattern hair loss along with hair thinning since two years.. Can this be treated, please suggest treatment
