Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having hairfall and I recently started observing my hair parting line receding. Want to know what's happening with my health and also have some weight gain issues from childhood. Easy to gain weight but hard to loose it. Don't have any periods issue in case to think about pcos. I live in uk right now, I want to get some blood tests done but not sure which one and how to consult gp regarding that

I have severe cracked heels which hasn't heeled for over a year. I have tried applying multiple urea/ moisturising creams prescribed by doctors but none of them helped me. Kindly help me out

I have got this issue from 25th December and now's it's worst skin is all oily and dry on cheeks it's all red now what to do. Sotret 10mg at night Acstop gel in morning Amy moisturizer in afternoon Adaple c gel alternate night Aziderm plus alternate night only on pimples Will it suit my sensitive skin

I am Srinadh, my job is to do market research for our company, because of this I used to stay in different places with different weather conditions and water change. I am getting very tanned  and facing skin reactions like itching , allergy and rashes but not very high, I have consulted several doctors but they just prescribe some soap, ointments etc. but not proper conclusion, I use all the skincare products which are good ones like Cetaphil, prismos B like these products.
