I have since 6 to 7 months redness under foreskin and itching i consult dermatologist 2 times they saw and gave some medicines after i used it's ok when i stop again it's comming again i went another dermatologist he gave one ointment and tablet after using its became whit and normal when i stopped again it's return iam very confused which doctor is best wht is my problem how it will be cure permently please help me doctors

Can changing minoxidil finasteride topical brand cause allergy? Was on 1 month Hair4U topical solution (Alcohol 42 % )and had no sort of allergy . Switched to Tugain Men F+ 5% this month (Alcohol percentage not mentioned). The box also mentions Lipid based technology) - and started getting small rashes/rough skin behind ears, on both sides of nostrils and also on forehead. The previous brand also had alcohol in it but got no allergy. Do I need to switch back to my old brand? Or use alcohol free minoxidil. If yes will be equally effective as alcohol based minoxidil. Kindly help. Thank you so much in advance.

Hi Doctors, I had moderately visible hair thinning issues in the crown portion of hair in 2023. I consulted a doctor that time and he suggested to change the water source and asked me to wash hair by aquaguard water and prescribed Minicheck-F( 5% potency) tropical solution to apply on scalp daily 1ml twice. I religiously followed it and my hair quality become really good and all the lost hair retained back. Suddenly few month back I needed to change my location due to job so I shifted to another city but still I am using aquaguard water to hair wash and applying Minicheck F daily. But I'm noticing moderate hairfall again. What can I do? Is it normal?

Hello Doctor, I’m facing a skin issue around my groin/thigh area (where the inner thighs touch). It started about 2 months ago and has gradually worsened, especially after I shifted to Mumbai. The affected skin has darkened with clearly visible borders. It feels itchy mainly after sweating, walking, or wearing tight clothes. It’s usually dry, and when I scratch, small skin particles come off. There is no discharge or smell. I am slightly overweight, so my thighs rub together while walking, which may be contributing. I haven’t used any products or shaved the area. I had dry skin issues on my foot in the past. Could this be a fungal infection or related to friction/dryness? What treatment would you recommend? Do I need any prescription medicine or is an over-the-counter cream enough? Thank you in advance.

I take ad gain plus as i am facing the issue of hair fall It has been more than a month but now i have noticed some bumps or rashes on my neck and some littles on my hand too... Is it because of the tablet i am having or it is for seasonal fungal infection?

It is on my right side of upper buttocks and it is black in colour currently from last 1 week I'm taking medicine from homeopathy and size of the boil acne reduce but not finish all .Is it any serious case Orr I will have to continue my medication from homeopathy . I am seeing a frontline hairfall gradually increasing. From friends I got to know I can use the dht blocker but googled it has side effects . Can I randomly use minoxidil daily or do I have to do blood test before giving it a try

I have itching and burning sensation on my chest for 10 minutes after taking shower in rainy season every year I have tried as per doctor's recommendation Cetirizine,levocetirizine,fexofenadine hydrochloride, hydroxyzine tablets but nothing seems to be working out, is there any other treatment which can work for these 2 months rainy season if not cured atleast I get relief for this 2 rainy months
