Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have thick eyebrow growth and i need to get my eyebrows threaded after every 15 days. Is it fine if i use a numbing cream on the eyebrows before getting them threaded? Pls suggest. The threading is extremely painful for me.

I hv been facing alot of irritation and itching on my neck area. Below jawlone beard area.. i saw 100s of tiny bumps red in colr. My skin feels inflamed and itchy.. I hv been applying Benzol peroxyd 2..5% from 2 days but i dont see much improvement. Pls suggest oral medicine along to cure this asap. Hi Sir i am getting very small small pimples on my face . It feels like there is a pus but on scratching nothing comes out ..the pus and anything is not coming out.rather its creating a dark deep mark. Other pus filled acnes are getting cured but for these type of acne i m applying tretinoin 0.025% and Dacne gel .Still i dont see any difference.my skin type is not so oil its kind of normal to combination skin.Getting more around mouth area ..please see the photo and help me.

At the end of May I was bitten by a leech. In September skin on my calf started showing edema and infection and liquid is coming. Healing is very slow. Doctors that i showed to think that it is varicose. But there are no symptoms of varicose. One doctor gave me azithromycin and another aerofix antibiotics.

I am often facing dry penis foreskin ( exactly like dry lips ). It keeps tearing ( again similar like dry lips) when it expands and when I pee.
