White papdi on ear every time i remove them it hurts i wash them it grow again and also white papdi like or dandruff in head and beard face. I use minoxidil 10 for my hair growth since one year. Little white papdi around nose also very sad cant find any solution i am too much sad about this

Hello, I understand that smegma build up is a natural process and harmless. I regularly clean myself while bathing but is it normal to have too much of smegma built up with in days? There is almost always some odour coming due to that. Any preventive measures to reduce the build up? Is just cleaning not sufficient?

Hi doctors, for a few years, I've been noticing that my lips have become darker in shade. Due to anxiety, I peel my lips and it has been a bad habit and almost impossible to drop as well since my lips are also dry most of the time. Currently I use Vaseline Rosy Lips Lip Therapy lipbalm, but the darkness remains, and once the lipbalm is removed, my lips go back to the dry state they were in before. Please suggest any creams to fix this. I dont smoke, nor do I take any substances, the darkness is mostly on the outlining area of my lips. My knees and elbows are also usually dark, if that's useful. Thanks for your suggestions <3

Hi doctors. For the past 2 years, I've noticed the formation of smile lines on my face and they've increased, as per my knowledge. Keeping my face in a resting position also shows the lines very prominently and I hate it. I also have acne marks and open pores so all that combined gives my face a very aged looked, even tho I just turned 20. Please suggest some creams, I do not want a surgical option, I'd like to stick to creams or gels. Currently I do not have the time to visit a dermat physically, hence Im writing my query here. If I do get an answer and I feel it is worth it, I might consult online for my open pores or lips. Thanks
