A more detailed history will be required to treat your acne. At 35, you should not have to be sitting on it for 3 months. Hormonal issues, Environmental factors and personal cosmetic choices all have roles to play in acne at this age. A simple new product usage may have precipitated this episode if, as you say,  it sprung up all of a sudden and the face was clear hitherto.
Next Steps
By now, it's been 48 hrs since you posted so, assume you will have consulted someone. If not, an ONLINE Consultation suffices and is probably the way forward on this portal or any other 🙏
Health Tips
word of caution : choice of cosmetics and creams is very important and varies from person to person; PCOD assay via a simple LH:FSH ratio blood test may be useful to decide further line of management should a hormonal factor be involved. Face care routine matters in the long run. Of course,  your marital status, lipid profile status and choice of conception etc may dictate use or avoidance of oral isotretinoin therapy etc which may be useful for a long term clearance and help with scars and to look younger as well!! Good Luck with your choices 🍀
