Have Had jock itch since a month .
First reaction was to have otc medicines
i applied kt5 derm ointment and clotrimazole dusting powder but the infection has grown severe. And is still not going rather reoccuring at 14 days intervals .
came across a post saying kt5derm has steroids which can worsen .
i stopped and had terbinafine tablets .
course for 7 days . no visible results
so i tried using terbinafine cream .
but terbinafine cream kind of made the itching worse .
