Pimples and acne problem all over my fac

iam facing pimple and worse acne problem almost all over my face , I mistakenly popped most of my pimples I touch my face a lot , my skin is oily type and yesterday a new pimple appeared inside my nose and it is very painful it's like a white pus and I tried to pop it also it is swelling and then some more pimples appeared on the side of my nose they are very painful too , no cleanser is helping my face gets Worsen and worsen currently I was using Vico turmeric cream but it's not helping please help me .

I just saw this post and while you may already have decided on a course of action, I feel if we consult online on a video call, we could best arrive at a solution for you.
Of course given your age, one parent or a responsible guardian needs to be present during this as personally I feel an oral medicine is best for you to help get rid of this issue.
