Care AI Shimmer
Persistent dark spots after pimples (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) are common, especially if acne isn’t well-controlled.
Next Steps
You’ll likely need a combined approach—anti-acne + skin-lightening agents tailored to your skin. Please consider an online consultation with photos for a personalized plan.
Health Tips
Avoid picking pimples, use gel-based sunscreens, and don’t self-medicate with too many creams—it can worsen the issue.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
