First time i got psoriasis patches was in 2014 when I was 14years old it comes and goes evey time but this time its been and year its not going from my scalp even heavy hairfall and dry hair also from 2-3 months its getting worse on my body its my wedding in the year end please suggest treatment so that i can get rid of till the year end and save my hair
