Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have small pimples on my forehead since yesterday and it isn't itchy. I have thyroid and pcod. I used to struggle with acne issues in the past but it has been years now and my skin felt much better. I use vicco and nuetrogrna face cream and baby soap.

Actually I have severe gastro intestinal issue my stomach is too sensitive and it's from childhood but now these days my hairs are coming out of roots new hairs which are growing they are so weak from roots and so thin so tell me an solution

Experiencing fungal infection over the neck since three weeks. I was applying candid cream for nearly one and half week. Then switched to luliconazole cream 1% for about two weeks. The infection got less in between but again it has started increasing and spreading more.

I had viral fever during June 2024 and my body hygiene was poor during those days (no dress change or bath). Might be due to these poor hygiene I got infected with balantis on June 2024. I thought it will cure on its own but it didn't, a curd like substance started appearing when I pull back the foreskin and after some days I felt the starting of phimosis. Then I consulted a local GP and started applying candid cream and the issue reduced and the phimosis condition solved. But after some weeks small rashes started appearing on penis glans. Based on GP advice I started taking fluka 150 mg with 7 days gap along with candid cream. Used cloben G also sometimes. It got resolved for a while but came whenever I missed the dose. I started taking fluka from August 2024 to march 2025, most of the time I tried to maintain a gap of 15 days. Then for 2 months I felt like normal. Now the rashes have  resurfaced. I don't feel any scraching. I don't feel any relief when applying candid cream now.

One week back I used 10% vit c serum over my face and got rashes ...as I have sensitive skin.. my face skin become very dry and I am getting flaky patches like P. Alba. In past days I used tacroz 0.1%ointment to solve this problem  but now I am 7 weeks pregnant. I want to know the pregnancy safe alternative medicine for my skin condition.

Hello Doctor, My mother (age ~50s) has recently developed a red, itchy patch right under the sindoor application line on her scalp. It started a few days ago after she applied a local sindoor (possibly containing harsh chemicals). Since then, the area has become slightly itchy and mildly irritated plus it became full whitish kind off There’s also a faint white patch developing under the sindoor area She has no other patches anywhere on the body. There’s no bleeding, oozing, pain, or rapid spreading — but she reports mild itching. I’ve now stopped the old sindoor and ordered a branded one and we’re keeping the area clean. I’m worried — could this be contact dermatitis, a fungal infection, or something more serious like vitiligo? Please advise on diagnosis and treatment. What cream or care should we follow for now?

My daughter is facing issues with her hair and nails. Her hair growth is very slow, and there are a few small patches on her scalp where hair is not growing at all, creating visible bald spots.
