Hello Doctor,
I have chronic fungal infection (daad) in groin / inner thigh area since 4–5 years.
It keeps coming back.
Earlier I used steroid combination creams like Dermi-5 which gave temporary relief but now it burns a lot.
No diabetes.
Request online treatment and proper antifungal course.

Hi Daad....
4-5 years is a pretty long time for this to persist.
You have done yourself no favours by using steroid mixes or combination creams.
Fungal elements nowadays are fast developing resistance to antifungal treatments both topical and systemic.
Fungal scraping for KOH & culture 🧫 may be useful in your case.
Therefore more information is required on your condition in detail especially similar rash in close contacts, presence of pets around you 🐶 😺 🐦 etc and details of previous prescriptions of antifungals before a clear detailed treatment plan is made for you specifically.
Next Steps
📥 Online Consultation ASAP with a Dermatologist with experience and empathy.
Health Tips
Avoid OTC products.
Treatment of family members and close contacts is a must.
Treatment of Fomites is a must to prevent recurrences
Continuation of treatment advocated for at least 1-2 weeks post clinical clearance.
