Hello doctor, 3 yrs back during my first pregnancy I found out a new mole on my palm between thumb and index finger web . I am concerned ..it's not bleeding or itching but has grown in size a bit ...plz help and guide

No need for any concern at first glance of your pics posted.
Moles arising later in life are not as uncommon as they seem.
If there is any change in shape, size, colour or symptoms like irritation of mole, itching, bleeding etc, then one needs to be concerned and visit your Dermatologist.
Till then, maintain a Clear Digital Pic record of the area in the same conditions of lighting, distance, camera as you have sent for an objective evaluation once in 6 months or a year.
Yes, Dermoscopy may be a useful intervention aid with a Dermatologist near you but is not essential I feel at this point.
Relax and enjoy your time with your young kids...they grow 🪴 real fast :-)
