Hello Doctor,
I would like to ask about a skin color difference on the head of my penis. The color has looked different from normal for about 15 years. I have tried using different creams and skin peeling treatments in the past, but the color has not become even.
There is no pain or major discomfort, but I am concerned about whether this is normal or if it could be a skin condition that needs treatment. I would appreciate your advice and whether an in-person examination is recommended.
Thank you for your time.

15 years is a looooong time to have something and for it to be any serious issue if it hasn't bothered you till now.
However, a more detailed history/information will need to be provided together with some clear digital pics for a proper evaluation and treatment plan to be chalked out.
Presence of lesions in close sexual contacts and other details like any co morbidities etc will also need to be checked
Some Lab tests may also aid in diagnosis and intervention plans.
Don't worry it appears to be easily sorted and recommend an 📥 consultation or Online Consultation to take this forward.
Good Luck & Godspeed 🙏
