Hi, I have been recentky diagnosed with vertigo, as i got severe acne my doc suggested me with second round of accutane. Can i take accutane if i have vertigo.

1 year ago I have done surgurey of my oral palate white patch and done biopsy. Again after 1 year same place skin colour white same place inhave applied kenacort some times the white become light  and after some time again the white patch again visible.bthere is no lumps or bumps there. Only skin colour white. Please suggest Attached previous biopsy report.

I have persistent redness on the sides of the nose bridge and if i try to peel the skin it comes off as flaky skin. I develop new small white pimples in this area every day.
