Multiple small blackish-red spots on the forearms and thighs, and are mildly to moderately itchy. No pus, discharge, or blistering noted.

I have developed red, irritated patches with some dark spots on the back of my knee (image attached). What could this be, and how should I treat it?

I have been struggling from a fungal infection since more than an year... I consulted various dermatologists and they gave me tablets, creams, soap and other instructions which i followed. Its very itchy and is causing marks The medication which were given to me over a period of time were Itraconazole tab Terbinafine tab Luliconazole cream Miconazole cream Sertaconazole cream But the fungal infection keep on returning after every course of medication I am sick of this... any suggestions or alternative medication which can completely cure me from this.
