Young man... I read your query with interest. However, I am of the opinion that all these symptoms you describe boil down to "Stress" and probably a bit of over-thinking. Perhaps you consulted Dr Google & that's a common fad and misconception that Dr Google or Dr ChatGpt are often infallible. Soap 🧼 most certainly isn't the fomite contaminant you make it out to be and NO HIV per se doesn't spread through soap albeit for various other hygienic reasons, perhaps not a good idea to share soap.
Next Steps
Online Consultation with both a Dermatologist and perhaps a Counsellor will be more useful.
Health Tips
Yoga, Breathing techniques and Isometric exercises like swimming+ hobbies you enjoy will help take your mind off things Dietary evaluation and some basic blood tests and B12/Folate/Vit D deficits can be investigated and looked to set right as required.

Your symptoms don’t seem to be related to your sexual exposure history. It could be, however, related to certain vitamin deficiency especially Vit B12 which could cause darkening of body. Less poop and constipation could be related to your diet which is lacking is fibre. None of these symptoms spread through fomites.
Next Steps
Please get a routine blood check up - CBC, TSH, vit b12 and Vit D
Health Tips
Don’t stress out.

Sharing soaps cannot spread HIV , maybe in the rarest of rare situations where the soap is soaking with fresh blood and the other person should have deep fresh cuts even then the chances are extremely slim . Donot worry there are few blood tests which will clear sll hoir doubts . For that we want to know howlong its been that you have been exposed .Because there is window period where these blood tests come negative even if you have infection . So keeping all that in mind we will have to take decisions. Donot worry.
Next Steps
Kindly consult dermatologist
