Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hypopigmented patches on cheeks which are not vitiligo but have been there for many many months and during winters they become dry and patchy but recently they have become more prominent and noticeable. As you can see in the picture they are mildly hypopigmented and not vitiligo but they have become noticeable since a few months now. Earlier they used to be patchy only during winters but otherwise they were there but not noticeable. I use sunscreen and moisturiser of dot and key company and face cleanser of Cetaphil and face serum of minimalist of vitamin c.

Pls suggest home remedies or ointment for this and there is lot of itching pls suggest something I can't tolerate this

I am having this pimple below my eyes from very long time and not able to understand what is it .it's irritating sometimes .what can it be and what should be done next and I have mild painful lumps inside skin in many parts of body like lipomas .is it anything to be worried about

Hello doctor, I'm a 19-year-old female with oily to combination skin that is acne-prone. I currently have some old acne scars and dark marks, and I get occasional breakouts. I also want to achieve an even, glowing skin tone. I'm confused between two face washes: 1. Dot & Key Cica Calming Face Wash 2. The Derma Co Niacinamide Face Wash. I am also thinking about The derma co. salicinamide facewash. You can also suggest some other face wash based on my skin type and concern. My main concerns: - Which one will be safer for long-term use? - I want to achieve glowing skin - Which will be better for reducing acne marks/scars and preventing breakouts? - I want minimal or no side effects. Could you please suggest which would be better for me? Thank you!
