Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Doctor, I have been experiencing this problem for more than a year, and it has not been resolved yet. I have already done some blood tests as per another doctor’s prescription, and all the reports came back normal. The condition sometimes improves for a few days, but then it gets worse again. The main symptoms are itching and occasional watery discharge. Could you please help me understand what might be the reason behind this infection and suggest the right treatment?

Sir / ma'am I am a bit confused about using minoxidil as it has been prescribed by the Dr. Since there are so many videos and people's opinions i saw on YouTube and Google, I am extremely confused should I use it because every one says after leaving it I would lose more hair compare to now. So please guide me what is the real truth? As a doctor has prescribed me to use it twice a day, I want to use oil as well , so my question is whether I could use oil along with minoxidil? I got a rash from periods pad months back it took a long time to heal, now it seems to have healed but still I have an irritation down there having burning and stinging sensation gets worse during physical activity and during periods.
