Hello doctor I am facing frequent dryness and an itching sensation in my palm this winter season. Not only in winter but if I washed utensils or even doing some dusting work it tregars Please suggest some good treatments or medicines.

Patient has extreme itching and IgE levels >2500 . Also he has elevated creatinine 2.1 . Consulted dermatologist and took steroid based medication which temporarily reduced IgE levels (from initial value of 1600 to 1000) after few days IgE increased to >2500. No medication related to allergy is curing this problem. Please suggest for any other solution.
