What is this spots on my arms it also there in both my arms and neck little. White spots worried what it might be

I suddenly noticed small small black dot on my mother's birthmark which is on left thigh..and  freaked out as i have health anxiety and bad habit of googling..i told my mother..she takes it very lightly and she said with age this happens..but i am very scared for her..she doesn't even let me take picture if her birthmark...but i have same as her exactly on same place..so I'm adding picture of my birthmark which is same as her to look into and get idea...just the difference is she has small dot on birthmark...please give suggestion

I have had oily and sticky hair for years, I do keep small hair to not just touch them, i was using shampoo which might have expired but I don't know exactly if it was.
