Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My two year has been getting this lately on regular basis. Its not all over his body. Just a individual one or two everyday almost. Its starts out as a tiny bump and then spreads and become red and looks swollen and then subsides within two or three days leaving a mark on the skin. Did his cbc and ige  in July that came back normal. Please help to know what it is.

I got scar with pigmentation below nose due to skin picking 10 weeks back . I applied glyco 6 cream for past 25 days advised by doctor can is use glyco 12 cream and what is the use of glyco 12 cream. I had acne marks for which i used melalite 15 tretinoin and derma cream last december but i had pih which i got to know via a dermat then i used triluma and still the pigmentation got reappeared after stopping ... now my dermat use dermalite and skinlite cream with steroid ... still i have uneven skin tone ...
