Hello mam/sir I have b/l tinnitus problem since 2 years ,no any comorbidities,no others symptoms, PTA/audiogram is normal , on ct pns : maxillary sinusitis present, yesterday I did mri brain : showing fazekas grade 1 changes in white matter, so neurologist advised me ana immunoblot: showing SCL 70 positive value is 18 Please guide me .

I have been having rashes and itching in my pubic area for a while. I have been maintaining my hygiene constantly. While the itching has reduced a little with the application of calendula gel for the last 3 days, the rashes are drying out a little but it is still there. How do I treat it?

Hair fall decreased slightly, but no new hair grew in areas of loss. I consulted other doctors, who prescribed similar medications with slight variations, yet my hair loss worsened over time. In 2024, finasteride was added to my regimen. After four months, hair fall reduced, but hair growth completely stopped and slowed significantly. One month after discontinuing finasteride, hair growth resumed but was very slow. Four months later, the same problems persisted, and I noticed small patches on my beard, which healed on their own. Thyroid, vitamin D, and hemoglobin tests in 2020 and 2024 were normal. Should I consult another dermatologist or a different specialist to investigate the underlying cause

Hello doctors, I am here for second opinion and I have already visited pediatrics and dermatologist in person already. my son in 21 months old and from almost 1 month he is having red bumps likes rashes on his body mainly on hands, upper chest and upper back and legs and bumps. not on fingers / palm/ feet or soles or underarms. No itching. Earlier they were less in number now it seems they have increased.We started moisturizer his body 3 times a day with Cetaphil restoraderm. After bath mainly these bump look very fresh n big. Can any one confirm what it is. Doctors told its skin allergy and called papular urticaria. How much time will it take to go. I don't see any improvement. Though I have started moisturizing 3 times from 3 days. I am scared what if it is something else. Can't attach more than 2 pics , so have added two pics of hands. Mostly these are on hands, no itching. He is active,playful and eating and sleeping well.

I am getting skin stickiness feel inside inner thigh area , groan surrounding area and also have rashes when I sit for long time or walk for 4-5 kms on daily basis .. little dark black / dark skin patch seen No issue in routine activities I am health and do not have any medical issues Which is best ointment to apply and for what time and days need to apply
