Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My scalp is itching a lot and when I am itching my scalp with fingers then dry dandruff is visible but not flaky. Please help.

I am getting blackening on my lower lips with dryness and itching. Some time I am feeling burning sensation. My lower lips getting darken day by day

I use to have straight to light wavy hair texture , which has in last 1 year has changed to from curls. Done no treatment on hair . Hair turned brittle and rough. Facing hairfall issue as well . I use to have few grey hair, now the count of it also has gone drastically up. Both the picture attached are just post wash conditioner and serum. No heat pr other treatment. Could somebody tell what could be the cause. Or if i have to run any test.
