My skin is combination and acne-prone. I often experience breakouts. In my previous skincare routine, I used Epiduo as a spot treatment. Recently, I started using a retinol serum (I Renol) every night for the past 20 days. During that time, my skincare routine included: 1) Dacne face wash, 2) Excela moisturizer, and 3) a photostable gold sunscreen. At night, I applied retinol. Recently, I noticed my skin becoming irritated, itchy, red, and developing tiny bumps. My skin texture has also become rough. As a result, I have stopped all these products. Currently, my skincare routine is: 1) Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, 2) CeraVe Moisturizer, and 3) UV Doux sunscreen. I am also using a corticosteroid cream containing Desonide 0.05% to reduce itching, which I plan to stop after two weeks or earlier . Can you advise if this routine is appropriate for my current skin condition? Would it be better to switch to Cetaphil Dam instead of CeraVe?

I have been facing hairfall since I was 15 year old I am having a severe hairfall I tried some shampoo but that didn't work hairfall become worse and then I shave my then my hairfall have been reduced but my hair was thinning my temple are receding but my crown area is good and my temple area hair is thick but crown area are thinning it has been a 3 years since my hairfall has started I don't know what to do i feel embarrass to go to doctor for consultation then because I was 15 year old teen boy but now I think I can go still don't know what to do ( and sorry my english was not so good I'm hindi medium student)
