Iam having red colour circle like spot which is thick it looks like jack itch and looks like it will burst out and spread out liquid if I touch hardly or widen spread legs too much .. i stay in hostel .. Iam having onabet sd liquid can I use that for this problem or any coconut oil .. plz suggest .. is that fungal ?

Hi, i'm facing face and head acne from 3 years now. The acne is like firstly it's a large red bump without white face and then it makes 2-3 white faces and pus comes out. It's very painful. And the area I get these are particularly my nose, chin, jawline and mustaches along my scalp, the scalp ones are making me lose hair and making my hair thin. I consulted dermatologist and he gave me antibiotics and I took and the condition improved for little time and then this happened for 3-4 times in a cycle; then I took homeopathy also, took 1 year course and the doctor said it's because of dandruff and I took medication; dandruff got removed but acne issue is still there. My head is just full of acne now or then. Bottom line is whenever I took allopathy/antibiotic i get fine for a week and then again I get acne after some time. That too very big like extremely big and painful. Kindly help.
