Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm have face and scalp acne for now more than 3 years, I took allopathy and homeopathy in these times. Still my acne keep on coming and because of that i'm losing my hair from crown area, severe hair thinning is also there. But still my scalp acne keeps on coming, antibiotics help only till the time I take them. Once course is done they appear again. And acnes are red, itchy and little painful, large bumps sometimes without any white face. Same in bear area and jaw line. Kindly help.

It's itchy and painful we have consulted doctor but nothing seems to work it's spreading and her pain is not bairable anymore

My two year has been getting this lately on regular basis. Its not all over his body. Just a individual one or two everyday almost. Its starts out as a tiny bump and then spreads and become red and looks swollen and then subsides within two or three days leaving a mark on the skin. Did his cbc and ige  in July that came back normal. Please help to know what it is.

I got scar with pigmentation below nose due to skin picking 10 weeks back . I applied glyco 6 cream for past 25 days advised by doctor can is use glyco 12 cream and what is the use of glyco 12 cream. I had acne marks for which i used melalite 15 tretinoin and derma cream last december but i had pih which i got to know via a dermat then i used triluma and still the pigmentation got reappeared after stopping ... now my dermat use dermalite and skinlite cream with steroid ... still i have uneven skin tone ... I am a collg going girl and i wish to have a faster resolution to all these problems can't i opt for any procedure ??
