Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctors, From last 2_3 weeks I hv been experiencing severe itching in my full body. It stays almost all day and disturbs me,  but mostly starts after having food,  any sort of food it starts. I was trying to figure out if iam allergic to any specific food items but its difficult to determine. Also from.. last 4_5 days few puss boil hav also developed on My hies ,on my back or near elbows and they are painfull. My IGE levels are elevated its 280 as per my blood report and Lipid profile was also bad. I want to cure my itching asap as it cant let me sleep properly. Antihistamines are not working very well for this. ,I tried montair LC, lavocitrazen and other over counter medicine for relief. It fades with time but not very effective. Looking for proper advise for treatment.

Hi, I have been facing hairloss since past 3-4 years now, and consulted many dermats. Some say the usual minoxidil and finastride, some say use prp etc. Considering my routine and with the the need to attend office everyday, I wanted to know if there are any alternate remedies. What I am okay with using finastride twice a week and minoxidil once a day. Or would only minoxidil be sufficient Would this be fine? Considering that Im not comfortable using it twice due to the commitments and complexity it brings. Im okay with slow progress. Please advice

Sir I had been suffering from fever , headache and cold for last three days.At first,I took 1 Dart Tablet but no result found then after that fay I took one Saridon tablets to get relief from headache but then also no improvement was observed..so I took 1 CALPOL 650 tablet and I got cured.But now I have some fluid filled painful blisters below my lower lips as shown in the photo below.Please suggest what shoud I do now.....
