My lips remains very dry, with cracks and it is not curing. It also become black colour. Please help with any solution

During my childhood I faced second degree burns, I have scars of burns on my thighs and stomach . What could be done to remove them, how much improvement is possible

About 9days ago, my toenail got partially detached from the root on the right side. The left side of the nail is still attached, so the skin underneath isn’t visible. The pain has now reduced a lot, and even when I press it slightly, it doesn’t hurt. There’s no pus visible. But there are some scabs visible near the edges and a whitish-yellowish patch is visible beneath the nail. I've been using Betadine only and changing the bandage. I just want to know how long I should continue dressing it and what the next step in the healing process will be. I haven't taken any medicine so far.
