Hi doctor There are some brown wart like small bumps appears on my face. These are initially 1 and 2 but gradually increased. They are both on face and my body. How to get rid of these? I attached photo. There is no pain or inflammation. But it is looking bad on my face.

Are there any side effects for daily usage? Is it concerning because there is no stoppage of hives and have to take levocetirizine daily. My dermatologist suggested me to use the same tablets for years but this indefinite time is now causing a concern to me.

Despite using the "Miconazole nitrate cream IP 2% w/w" cream as prescribed during a previous consultation, the infection seems to be worsening.
