Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Whenever I clean shave or even trim my beard with a trimmer, I tend to get really big pimples/boils on my jawline and neck. I get this regardless of if I get my beard shaved by a barber or if I personally shave my beard. What could be the reason? They're painful and leave dark marks on my face. Attaching a photo here.

I have 3 small warts for around a year or so around my thumb and fingertip. They're hard to the touch and circular and barely visible. They don't hurt or anything so should I be concerned? Is this normal?

There is a big scar on the hand caused due to keloid(formed over a cut by glass). The keloid has suppressed with injections but the scar is very much visible. I want to reduce the visibility of the scar. I am using opexa gel but I don't see any improvement. The cut is 5yr+ old. Will the use of silicon sheets be any effective? My main concern is its visiblity

I read that molutrex is OTC available in Europe for molluscum lesions, do we have something similar in India for molluscum? 5% potassium hydroxide solution?

From past few weeks she is suffering from paronychia in index finger. Also some itchiness on other index finger

So, I am not sure if my immune system has been actively working against these virus. But i get a lot of itching now and then, redness around those mc bumps and then resolving, mostly staying under control if i use pimple patches. So pic 1: before this came, i had a lot of itching day before which i controlled and not scratched. Day 2 this bump came up, i applied trenitin 0.5% and patch. Pic 2: this is how my skin will be reacting every now and then with mild itch. If immune system reacts against this virus, is this common? Currently on 70-80mg zinc everyday Applying trenitin on bumps and putting hydrocolloid patches wherever possible. Got many high risk bumps TCA cauterised already.

Was prescribed tacmod ointment 0.03% to reduce the lip pigmentation for 3 months. Is this ointment safe to use?
