Hi Doctor,
I'm using vitamin C serum for my dark smile lines. I use barrier relief moisturizer on my cheeks but my cheeks started to get tiny red ti skin color small pimples/bumps around open pores which is not acne, not painful but leaving spots on my face after some days. I have a fair skin tone and I dont use sunscreen. I searched online to know my issue I ruled out Keratosis Pilaris, skin cancer and not sure exact issue. Can someone tell me what my condition called and what are the possible treatments?
