Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doc, Well yesterday I fell from the bike and hurt my face. I was wearing a helmet however the inside of the helmet left brusis on my forehead, cheecks and nose. Looks like the inner part of the helmet brushed against my skin. Now I see blood clots on my nose and forehead and cheecks. Could you please help me with how to sail through this? I have attached my picture for you to get more clarity on how does the brusis look like. Thank you.

1. I've got itching at the base of my penis, there are no rashes or ulcers. 2. I've got dry skin on my inner thigh near the groin area and it hurts while walking. I got my face waxed , but i got bumps and itching on them right after the wax. As advised by professional, she said it will be okay and I applied cold /ice on my face multiple times but it's 2nd day of the wax and still the bumps/pimples have not subsided and itching /burning feeling is there.
