Is  solasafe  spf 50 sunscreen  safe  to  use  during  pregnancy  and  breastfeeding    ??? Will it harm

I have noticed if i lightly pull my hair from the back of my head with a snap my hair easily breaks off should i see a doctor for this

Firstly my hair was good till my inter 1st year then volume of my hair changing then after inter faced severe food problems and hairfall so hair thinned and due to hair thin without knowledge did many haircuts and then my hair was so bad damaged so i shaved hear in 2024 july firstly it was ok but now I'm facing severe hairfall which I was not faced till now that much hair is falling so my sister suggested me a blood test I did in July 2025 due to iron deficiency i followed some diet for one half month but nothing worked my hair still shedding then I visited homepathy hospital near my hometown doctor suggested me to take more food iron food and have me homepathy medicine's so one of my suggested me to use iron supplements + homepathy medicine+ take more health food so should I use iron supplements with homepathy is it safe

I have oily skin with acne and pimple mostly on and around my nose from few months i have bumpy nose it feels like there some ungrown acne and this keeps my nose red when wash my face although the redness fades in shades but its still there throughout the day and overall the skin on my nose in uneven i have been applying azelaic acid 15% from 2weeks now and mu skin is tolerating it well and but the nose texture is still there and there are pih and pie marks although nothing of this pains and yeah i have psoriasis on my head
