Hello doctor, I have a red, itchy, scaly rash in my groin area. It started around week. I am currently applying terbinafine cream twice daily. There is some relief, but the rash is still present and I’m worried if this is jock itch or something else. No pus, no fever, no pain other than itching. Should I continue terbinafine cream or do I need oral antifungal treatment?

I have developed this mole on my thigh last year the day after my delivery. It's been 1.5 year. It's has no symptoms. Just like other moles on my skin it's same. Can This be skin cancer? Please advise I am attaching the photos .
