Hi there young lady
Thanks for the clear pics
It is not clear if Psoriasis has been diagnosed via a skin biopsy and Histopathological Analysis or just a clinical diagnosis.
I too hail from namma Bengaluru and have a lot of Psoriasis patients who come to visit and consult with me as the erstwhile clinic i used to consult at, makes its own lotions and potions in the attached Pharmacy and since it's largely considered eau naturale, people seem to prefer it.
However understand you have many queries and are unable to come across because you are away somewhere.

I'm happy to answer all your queries and provide you with a prescription.
I'm also happy to volunteer free and charitable advice and have been doing charity consultations for the underserved for more than a decade now... But on these online consultation portals, best to go with a prescription especially in Psoriasis patients who need more TLC and hand holding than most of my other patients as small tweaks in treatment can trigger a flare!
Health Tips
Avoid handling the area too much and rubbing post washing face with a towel.
just dab dry gently.
Cetaphil cleanser 🫧 is a common cleanser that is nowadays an OTC issue that has a built in moisturizer and may help in your particular case.
Good Luck 🍀 and Godspeed 🙏
