Itching at genital with red dots. And itching at legs feeling very dry. Both since 1 year. Many medicines taken . No improvement

I am having small tiny bumps on forehead and its not improving after using product like aloevera gel.its not painful or itchy but sometimes causing discomfort and looking odd in my face and even my nose portion also having white and black heads and some type of small acne.can I know which cream could be useful to treat this condition?

Hi Doctor, I am a 33-year-old male.  Height 5'11' and weight 95 kgs I have darkening/black patches in my armpits and groin for the last 2–3 years. Details: No itching, pain, or discharge No smoking or drinking habits Father has diabetes (on insulin). Mother has BP. I do not have any known health issues No recent weight gain No use of any new deodorants, shaving products, or creams My questions: 1. What could be the cause of this darkening? 2.
