Do scabies itch and bump occur all family members the same day??? because it's happening like that..i don't think it's scabies

Yes it can affect all family members at a time if all the members had been exposed to the patient at the same time.
Needs evaluation to confirm the diagnosis, if the diagnosis is confirmed in all family members then all will have to take the treatment together.
