Hi, I'm getting frowning lines and some tension lines on my forehead. I've been using foxtale 0.15% retinol serum since 1 yr but i guess it's not working. Should i start using minimalist 0.3 % retinol serum ? Is it safe to use ? I've attached picture for the reference .

Frown lines only get treated with Botox injections. They appear due to over activity of underlying forehead muscles.
Take online consultation / consult plastic surgeon nearby.

Hi
Retinol serums will only help with the fine lines on skin.
If you are developing frown lines that indicates the ageing process lies deeper which cannot be treated with retinol serum.
Best option here would be botox injection as it will target the actual problem.
