Hello Doc,
Well yesterday I fell from the bike and hurt my face.
I was wearing a helmet however the inside of the helmet left brusis on my forehead, cheecks and nose.
Looks like the inner part of the helmet brushed against my skin. Now I see blood clots on my nose and forehead and cheecks.
Could you please help me with how to sail through this?
I have attached my picture for you to get more clarity on how does the brusis look like.
Thank you.

Bruises on the face after a bike fall are usually due to soft tissue injury, even if you were wearing a helmet. Apply a cold compress for 10–15 minutes several times daily during the first 24–48 hours to reduce swelling. Avoid massaging the area. After 2 days, warm compress may help healing. If there is severe pain, swelling, dizziness, or persistent marks, proper examination is important. You may visit our clinic or online consultation for detailed evaluation and care.

Hi there.
Glad all is well and it's only bruises etc.
Thanks for the clear pic.
Would be good to get pics from some more angles and to follow up over a week or so.
Bruises change colour and evolve over a week or two.
